The Paradigm Project

These are the real stove men and women of Paradigm. They passionately pursue bringing the best cookstoves to their customers in a way that will enrich their customers’ lives. If anyone deserves credit, its these home grown heroes and entrepreneurs.

I recently met up with Rodney in Nairobi, Kenya with his team of fellow filmmakers on their current accross-the-world project for the Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves.

5,000,000 stoves by 2020. A lofty goal, definitely. Impossible? Not at all. At least it’s not impossible with your help. Every post you’ve ever seen here to date has a tremendous amount of significance. We are reporting the accomplishments, promoting the events and posting the stories that in turn help us get to our goal. [...]

Interns will gain experience in Gold Standard carbon asset development and stove-specific assessment methodologies. There will also be opportunities for learning in social business development and bottom of the pyramid market engagement.

As a company, we still have a lot to work on in some operational areas, but the process of implementing standard operating procedures is on track that will allow us to be more effective and efficient in obtaining a sustainable and scalable business. Overall, we remain confident that 2012 is going to be a year of operational excellence and well-managed growth.
